Classroom Activities to Develop Emotional Intelligence and Enhance Learning
This workshop is designed for all K-12 teachers. It demonstrates how to address the inner life of students within a general education curriculum. Dr. Johnson will demonstrate how to connect students' lives and experiences with curriculum content in order to enhance learning and develop emotional intelligence.
Emotional Intelligence: Heart-Based Education
This workshop can be designed to include strategies related to any of the following areas:

• Expanded forms of intelligence: holistic intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and multiple views of intelligence.
• Making personal connections within a writing curriculum.
